The realization of the service is preceded by a meeting with an interested business partner, during which information is obtained on the type of solution selected by the user and on relevant problem conditions. In the next step, an analysis of the problem will be carried out, including a group analysis, using recognized group work techniques, such as brainstorming, storyboarding, S.C.A.M.P.E.R. The result of the work at this stage will be a detailed specification of the solution proposed by the user in order to make it possible to determine the hardware and software infrastructure that needs to be purchased, the spatial and time conditions of the proposed improvement, the cost that needs to be incurred, the implementation work schedule and the effects of the implementation on the continuity of business operations. The findings will be described in a report and communicated to the entrepreneur. Regular contact with the service recipient is anticipated at each stage of the service (indicatively once a week) to allow adjustments to be made to better match expectations.
