The workshop is based on the introduction to the ADMA method and its adaptation to the company's business profile with the use of appropriate IT tools. It prepares company employees to implement a pilot audit, to prepare transformation plan and a set of final recommendations. We engage a certified ADMA auditor, experts in seven transformation areas and an expert dealing with modeling and meta-modeling issues (as part of systems engineering). In addition to the knowledge of the ADMA method for designing enterprise transformation plans, we help our clients in defining a transformation plan and make recommendations for investments in the scope of the developed transformation plan. In the long term, we reduce the time needed for decision making in companies, and thus increase competitiveness.
Duration: 20 hours.
