The service consists of building a Proof of Concept of a station using collaborative robots. This prototype is to represent the actual task that must be completed in the production process at the end customer.
The prototype will be built by employees of the Service Department of Procobot, who have many years of experience in building even very advanced prototypes. These are people with higher technical education in the fields of automation, robotics, mechatronics and related subjects, with at least 3 years of work experience.
The contractor will provide his own robot for the duration of the demonstration. The implementation time depends on the complexity of the project and is usually 1-3 months.
The construction of the prototype allows to prove and test whether and to what extent the proposed fragment of the process can be performed by a collaborative robot. This reduces the risk and increases the end customer's confidence in the technology.
