The realization of the service is preceded by a meeting with an interested business partner, during which the user's needs are collected and information about relevant problem conditions is gathered. In the next step an analysis of the problem will be carried out using recognized group work techniques, including brainstorming, storyboarding, S.C.A.M.P.E.R. The analysis will naturally take into account both economic and technological aspects. As a result, the most adapted solutions and their evaluation will be communicated in a report. Regular contact with the customer is envisaged at each stage of the service to allow adjustments to be made in order to better
alignment with expectations.
