
The implementation of the service includes:
I - analysis of the current situation of the company using an interview with the company's employees in order to select key audit workplaces.
II - preparation of procedures and tools - development of min. 5 competence profiles for selected 5 workplaces in the company, development of the research procedure. The tools will be verified by the managers of the researched workplaces.
III - verification and assessment of professional competences - the 360-degree method will be used, where the level of competences of a given employee will be determined by the immediate supervisor, 2 co-workers and the employee himself. After this stage, a competency gap will be defined for each researched employee and a concept of improving the level of profess. competences will be developed.
IV - final report, including, inter alia, the concept of improving professional competences or proposed directions of employee development.
The implementation of the service takes from 3 to 6 months.
Experts involved in the implementation of the service have over 10 y. of experience in examining the needs of employees' competences on the labor market and hold a doctoral degree.
