The goal of this service is to conduct a two-day workshop focused on introducing the Design Thinking (DT) methodology in a practical way. First day will consists of presenting the basics of DT, provide description of the process with an indication of the tools that are used at each stage. The second day will guide and moderate the participants into the problem solving of a real business case, indicated by the client. Participants will go through all the stages in a practical way, including Empathy (and IDIs), Define, Generating Ideas, Prototyping and Testing with end-users. Last element of the workshop will be a brainsorming session which will result in defining a list of client’s internal and external topics which can be solved by using DT methodology. By this service, we will provide participants with the opportunity to gain skills how to create and moderate interdisciplinary teams, which can initiate, lead and implement projects in the company.
The delivery of this service requires a team, led by an experienced DT Specialist (at least 100 hours of provided trainings /consultancy as well as proven track record of 3+ design challenges for companies in the last 5 y).
