The goal of this service is to conduct a two-day advanced DT workshop focused on problem-solving of client’s business case. This service is addressed to teams that already have basic knowledge of the DT and/or have participated in Design Thinking 1 workshop. This service consists of at least two iteration of problem solving, using data collected during the workshop or before on the basis of desk research or IDIs questionnaires. We offer a practical implementation of a “micro-project” based on a real client’s problem, thanks to which the participants will be equipped with the competences of moderators and members of project teams, who in the future may internally train other people in a given organization. As part of the workshops, we focus on the development of competences such as leadership, teamwork, decision-making or public presentations, and the development of new ones resulting from DT - prototyping or empathy.
The delivery of this service requires a team, led by an experienced DT Specialist (at least 100 hours of provided trainings /consultancy as well as proven track record of 3+ design challenges for companies in the last 5 y).
