The service includes: consultations, a workshop with key employees, analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the existing business model and a redesign proposal. Validation of the business model allows answering the questions: how the organization creates and delivers value to its customers, how it shapes relationships between market participants, how it defines the sources of income. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) tool used during consultations and workshops allows diagnosing the strengths and weaknesses of the current business model of an enterprise and developing specific actions to optimize costs and identify new revenue streams. The result of the analysis can be used in the process of obtaining funding from EU aid programs in the current financial perspective.
