Service Design consists of conducting a process of designing and prototyping new products, services and processes based on digital technology. The workshop is based on the Design Thinking method, it focuses on a practical way of going through the whole innovation design process. The result of the workshop is a prototype of a unique product or service that directly responds to market demand. Thanks to the effective process led by professional facilitators, a solution is designed and pre-tested in a short time. The Customer Discovery workshop makes use of participants' business-related skills, provides tools and knowledge on how to use them.
