
The service consists in transferring the activities performed by the employee (s) and the efficiency of machines to a digital form in the LogABS program. Data from the material flow audit and analysis service is required to provide this service. The goal is a virtual (digital) reflection of all activities from real production carried out on one workstation. In particular, the duration of individual activities, the distance of the employee's movement and the efficiency of machines should be respected. The digital twin is a 3D model in which it will be possible to simulate the work of a given position, e.g. during an hour or a shift.
The client receives a digital twin of workstation in production, a simulation model. Such a model can analyze over time, check what are the savings during the employee's work (the employee has no tasks) or find out that the employee limits the efficiency of machines (the employee has too many tasks). In the simulation model, the customer can freely change the performance of the machine, increase or decrease the number of employees, checking how it affects the production efficiency. The service includes the implementation of a digital twin of a production workstation and the performance of 3 analyzes of the change in efficiency or the number of employees in accordance with the customer's request.
