The service consists in the installation, implementation of a prototype and conducting product / workplace training for service on the production line or on a pilot farm. The result of the service for the client is the implementation of the prototype in the work environment best suited to the specific requirements and subjecting the prototype / service to functional tests by a set of users defined in specific guidelines in real conditions. As part of the service, continuous monitoring of events during the implementation is carried out; software error detection; system load monitoring; training users and answering questions; implementation service on behalf of the client during the product / service pilot period. Duration of the service to be agreed with the client (1 month by default).
Delivery time: approximately 3 months from the date of the first contact to the date of the service.
