To perform this service, data from service 1 - audit are necessary. The goal is to reproduce in a digital / virtual form all activities from real production - the production line / cell. The prepared digital figure will be a 3D model in which all activities and times of employees and machines forming the production line / cell will be reflected. This model will be able to simulate the work of the hour / shift of the entire line / production cell. The simulation will result in the analysis of working time (people and machines). As part of the service, the client will be able to order 3 simulations of a change in efficiency or the number of employees of the production line / production cell. The production line / cell is not more than 6 stations.
The customer receives a digital twin of his production line / cell. Such a model can analyze, check what are the savings during the work of employees (the employee has no tasks) or find out that employees limit the efficiency of machines. When mapping the entire production line / cell, it is also possible to analyze the changes in the relationship between work stations. In the simulation model, the customer can freely change the efficiency of machines, increase or decrease the number of employees, change the location of machines, checking how it affects the production efficiency.
