Service is directed in particular to companies: logistics, production, e-commerce, retail. As part of the service, mapping of the client's business processes will be carried out, including the client's environment. The processes will be analyzed and a proposal for modification and/or optimization of business processes will be presented. In the case of clients with complex business processes or broad connections (e.g. in the field of capital groups or at the level of services provided), the main processes will be separated from the client and the service will apply to them. The remaining processes will be identified and included for the purposes of further analysis and system development. IT tools used by the client for the implementation of business processes, including their support, will be analyzed. As part of the service, the architecture of new solutions will be developed to improve the implementation of processes in the organization and integration with external systems of the client. The system architecture and ERP solution will be proposed - the system will be selected based on the identified needs of the user. The assumptions, plan and cost estimate for the implementation of the ERP system in the organization will be presented.
