Development of the recruitment process concept using the Professional System in order to increase the effectiveness of the recruitment process, regarding the assessment of candidate competency levels.

I analysis of the current situation of the company - an interview organized with the company's employees in order to identify job positions for which the recruitment process will be developed.

II developing a project of the recruitment process using the recruitment tool. Selection of methods and tools to check a candidate for a given position with the use of competency profiles and reference models of job positions.

III Verification and assessment of prof. competences of candidates with the use of Compare the competencies required with the candidate's self-assessment.

IV Verification of competences held by the candidate using the methods and tools developed in stage II.

V Making the employment decision and feedback for the candidate.
