Training to improve digital competences of enterprise employees

Training for enterprise employees may be carried out within the following thematic blocks:
• Nonverbal communication
• Organizational culture of the enterprise
• Virtual employee
• Fast Ruby on Rails programming, pt. 1 for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners
• Microsoft Excel: Macros for beginners and advanced learners
• Project and team management
• Database. Designing and SQL queries
• Microsoft Excel software - statistical analysis of data
• Microsoft Excel software - information processing mechanisms
• Assertiveness in the employee's professional life as a factor of the company's success
• Soft competences - the key to success in professional life
• Creative problem solving in the enterprise

Each block is planned for 10 hours of training. Training participants will receive:
• a set of training materials in electronic form,
• certificate of completion of training in electronic or paper form,
• technical support during the training.

Experts involved in the implementation of the service have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation of training, classes and workshops, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in the ICT industry or experience in the area of soft skills development, team and project management.
