Industry 4.0 roadmap aims to comprehensively prepare the enterprise for the digital transformation process, which includes:
- analysis of the digital maturity of the company (based on ADMA method, among others),
- analysis of possible sources of financing for the transformation process (regional, national programs and funds coming directly from the European Commission),
- preparing the change scenarios / roadmap towards Industry 4.0,
- training the team to implement innovation and drive the digital transformation in the company.

The roadmap takes into account the specific requirements set by institutions implementing EU programs and contains information necessary in the process of obtaining grants. As part of the project, PPNT has the opportunity to support the company in a mutually agreed scope.
